1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PhotosBridge application, service, and website (collectively, the "Service") provided by PhotosBridge ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using PhotosBridge, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you understand and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PhotosBridge compares your Apple Photos and Google Photos libraries and automatically archives photos in Google Photos that you have deleted from Apple Photos. The Service accesses your Google Photos library metadata (filenames and capture dates) solely to provide this functionality.

Archiving is not permanent deletion — archived photos remain in your Google Photos library and can be restored at any time.

3. Google Account Access

To use PhotosBridge, you must authorize access to your Google Photos library via Google OAuth. By granting access, you authorize us to:

• Read photo metadata (filenames and dates) from your Google Photos library
• Archive photos in your Google Photos library on your behalf

You can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account permissions page. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service on behalf of others without their explicit consent

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PhotosBridge and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your photos remain your own — we claim no ownership over any content accessed through your Google Photos library.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any archived photos will be recoverable. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhotosBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of photos or data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke Google account access via your Google Account settings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
